Added a new showdown command, weaken, that will lower someone's level as
if they've rerolled but let them keep the same character. 

Added a new confrontation command, rob, that will allow you to steal all of
someone's currently held items and money. 

Added in a new helpfile, possession, it's referenced in the RP rules and
clears up just what is and isn't allowed with regards to playing possessed
characters. 

Changed the research code so anyone with 20 or more points adjusted in
research can get people's info without needing their actual name.
